In the last few years a shift has been seen in the way the traditional medical community views other modalities. The Duke School of Medicine in Durham, NC has started a school for "Alternative Medicine". In January 2000, Bowman Grey School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC announced a grant to study "Alternative Medicine". The number of patient visits to alternative practitioners has increased significantly in the last 5 years. People are speaking with their own pocket book since many of these visits are not covered by traditional insurance. By paying themselves for this treatment, they are saying that confidence in the traditional medical system is faltering.

Our vision is to build a clinic that offers the very best of both traditional and alternative medicine. The politically correct term for this is "Integrative Medicine". This approach includes the concept of considering the WHOLE PERSON, Body, Soul and Spirit as well. It also, looks at the complex body as a whole system and seeks treating root causes - not just symptomatic relief. This clinic will be unlike anything we know of today! The goal is to build it completely debt free - so that the fixed costs will not have to be amortized in patient billings.

Our organization is working to help the sick community without charging the outrageous prices. We have provided a contributions page that allows the those who are aware of the inadequacy of our present paradigm to help bring the approach that we and others believe will change medicine as we now know it - and thereby help many, many people that are now suffering needlessly.

There are many different groups of researchers small and large - working very hard with limited resources on many diseases. Their work will never be funded by the big Pharmaceutical companies … nor the Research Hospitals that they pour money into … nor by the Government Programs. Why? Because the modalities they are developing (and in many cases that are already working very well) will not be "patientable" and therefore will not - like the Pharmaceutical companies - enable their traditional practive of charging exorbitant prices to provide the huge returns on investments that this group is driven by.

Therefore, there is also a place on the site where individuals can submit grant request to receive money to help with their own research By providing a vehicle for cooperative effort - massive amounts of data can be processed, interpreted and refined to benefit all. The preponderance of evidence can change the attitudes of those in control - save millions of dollars of treatments with low percentages of success - and save many lives in the process.
